Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation programs within Studio+. You will partner with business and experience teams to drive digital transformation, managing scope, timelines, costs and quality, and leading multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.

This is a strategic role with broad client exposure and impact across EY’s technology agenda. The position supports a hybrid work model with travel as needed, offering a path to shape technology at EY

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
10+ years of experience with at least 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
Providing leadership and direction across multiple engagements and accounts.
Leading teams to achieve solution implementation.
Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects.
