Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+. You will lead and deliver complex Salesforce transformation programs, partnering with business and technology teams to align requirements with innovative, scalable solutions.

Expect to guide both technical and non-technical teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and drive client value. This role emphasizes leadership across engagements, collaboration with EY teams, and ongoing pursuit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years in Salesforce implementations with teams of 5+.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities.
Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
Lead teams to achieve solution implementation with cross-functional collaboration.
Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed.
Travel as required by client engagements.
