Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+). You will lead digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to deliver innovative solutions.

You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with client vision. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow in a global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5-7 years relevant Salesforce implementation experience with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Leading teams across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects.
• Travel as needed by external clients.
