Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation in Studio+ to lead digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will partner with business and experience counterparts to drive change, deliver innovative solutions, and assure leadership on scope, timelines, and costs.

Based in the United States with a hybrid work model, you will guide both technical and non-technical teams, grow client relationships, and help EY stay at the forefront of the digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 10 years experience with Salesforce with teams of 5+ people
• Minimum 5 years leading analysts and developers
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service skills
• Willingness to travel based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery with client leadership and architecture oversight
• Providing leadership across multiple engagements and accounts
• Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects
• Travel requirements: as needed by external clients
