Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+. You will partner with business and technology teams to drive digital transformation on the Salesforce platform, overseeing scope, timelines, costs, and quality.

You will manage cross-functional teams, build client relationships, and help grow engagements across Americas Consulting. This is a hybrid, client-facing role with global scope and significant impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Lead multiple engagements and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Travel as required by client needs.
• Identify sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
