Job summary

EY seeks a Salesforce solution architect to drive AI-enabled transformations across multi-cloud environments, embedding with client teams to define outcomes and roadmaps. You will lead the design of AI-assisted solutions, govern architecture, and guide teams through Salesforce data, security, and integration best practices.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years of implementation experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and secure data patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions to define outcomes and user journeys.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompts and data grounding.
• Guide teams in Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and Data Cloud.
• Establish design standards, architecture records, governance, and quality checks.
