Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4‑6+ years of Salesforce delivery experience.
• 3+ years of leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, APIs.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to shape outcomes.
• Oversee Salesforce solution architecture across multi‑cloud environments.
• Define target‑state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Design AI‑enabled, agentic solutions with governance and adoption plans.
• Guide use of Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, APIs, and related tools.
• Establish design standards, governance, and quality checkpoints for delivery.
• Support pre‑sales efforts including RFP responses and statements of work.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process design, data, security, and change.
