Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce-focused architect to lead enterprise design and AI-enabled transformation for diverse clients. You will steer multi-cloud Salesforce delivery, integrate with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Tableau, and guide AI-driven adoption and governance.

You will mentor analysts and developers, shape architecture roadmaps, and participate in pre-sales with executives. A strong client-facing presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4-6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with executives to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI enablement, and governance.
• Design AI-assisted solutions with prompts, grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide teams using Salesforce tools and data sources to deliver practical, high-value solutions.
• Establish design standards, governance, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposals, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across people, process, data, and security.
