Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect who will bridge business needs and technical delivery across Salesforce products, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. You will support client workshops, shape user journeys, and help teams apply responsible AI and grounding strategies to enhance productivity.

You will design solutions that connect Salesforce capabilities to business outcomes, mentor delivery teams, and drive secure, scalable adoption of Salesforce across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities in teams of five+ people.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, or process workshops with clients.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator/Platform App Builder or related credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives, pain points, and expected outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data models, integrations, security, and reporting.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Salesforce products like Agentforce and Data Cloud where appropriate.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent behavior, grounding, escalation, and human-in-the-loop review points.
• Create clear solution documentation, flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and design handoffs.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness and integration complexity.
• Partner with developers to define specs for custom code, migrations, and Proof-of-Concept scenarios.
• Apply risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery and adoption.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, planning, demos, UAT readiness, and release prep.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client-ready communication.
