Job summary

EY is looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will support client workshops, shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI fluency to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will translate requirements into scalable designs, mentor teams, and contribute to agile delivery while upholding governance and security standards. EY offers hybrid work and a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Experience leading Salesforce solution design in teams of five or more.
Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) or related credentials.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead or support business-led discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
Translate functional requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data models, integrations, and security.
Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud concepts.
Draft and test prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop review points.
Create solution documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and handoff materials.
Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities including data readiness and integration complexity.
Partner with developers and architects to define specs for custom code and migrations.
Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communication.
