Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery, shaping AI-enabled Salesforce solutions and guiding client workshops. Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Typically 2–4+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery methods.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data models, and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft and test prompts, agent behavior rules, and escalation paths.
• Create documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for teams.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Coordinate with developers and architects on code, migrations, and proofs-of-concept.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
