Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI-driven approaches to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will mentor teams and contribute to Agile delivery while ensuring security, governance, and scalable architecture across client engagements. Hybrid travel across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into designs across Salesforce products, integrations, data models, automation, security, reporting, and user experiences.
• Design AI-assisted and agentic workflows using Salesforce capabilities (Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud).
• Draft prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop review points.
• Create clear solution documentation, process flows, user stories, data/integration notes, and handoff materials.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities (data readiness, integration complexity, change impact).
• Partner with developers and architects to define specs for custom code, migrations, and PoCs.
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, UAT readiness, and release prep.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client-ready design.
