Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the product vision, and drive process improvements across the organization.

You will manage requirements, lead UAT and release validations, and partner with executives to optimize automation, security, and data quality. Fully remote with occasional travel for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Provide admin of Salesforce environments and integrations, and support deployments and governance.
