Job summary

OP RaaS in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to bridge Product and IT Security, ensuring platform integrity across six clouds and AI readiness. You will oversee SFMC, Shield, DLP, MCC, and vendor integrations while mentoring senior admins.

The role requires hands-on SFMC administration, data cloud governance, and CI/CD coordination with Copado and GitHub, enabling secure, scalable campaigns and data flows.

Qualifications

• Seven years of Salesforce administration experience with SFMC expertise.
• Demonstrated data cloud, DLP, and security governance experience.
• Experience with MCC integrations, email deliverability, and sender authentication.
• Leadership and mentorship of admin teams across multi-cloud environments.
• Vendor management and contract oversight for SaaS tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and MCC synchronization.
• Configure Salesforce Shield, encryption, Event Monitoring, and SIEM routing for security governance.
• Lead DLP policy configuration and third-party tool integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships and integration health across tools like Everest/Validity and ZoomInfo.
• Coordinate CI/CD releases with Copado/GitHub and maintain environment parity.
