Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead design and delivery of marketing and data solutions. You will architect scalable Salesforce ecosystems with strong emphasis on SFMC, Data Cloud (Data 360), and multi-cloud integrations across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

The role requires 8–12 years in Salesforce, a related bachelor's degree, and proven leadership in enterprise-scale environments. On-site hybrid work and collaboration with stakeholders are expected.

Qualifications

8–12 years Salesforce ecosystem experience, Architect or Senior Engineer level, preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is a plus.
Experience designing cross-cloud integrations between SFMC, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

Design scalable Salesforce solutions with SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations across platforms.
Configure Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation.
Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Provide technical leadership to a hybrid onshore/offshore team and mentoring.
