Qualifikationen

• 8-12 years in Salesforce ecosystem, architect or senior engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• SFMC - Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Data Cloud / Data 360 - ingestion, mapping, unification, activation.
• Cross-Cloud integrations SFMC with Sales/Service Cloud.
• SQL logic and complex audience segmentation.
• Proven MarTech solution design experience.
• Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
• Apex & Lightning Web Components familiarity.
• Lead & case management processes in B2B/B2C.
• Salesforce Certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer, Data Cloud).

Aufgaben

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Own end-to-end multi-cloud solution design across SFMC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and identity resolution.
• Implement REST/SOAP APIs and integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, APIGEE.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams.
• Conduct code/design reviews ensuring performance and security.
