Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect/Engineer to design and implement multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds.

The role focuses on SFMC, Data Cloud, and real-time customer segmentation, with emphasis on integration design and data strategy. You will collaborate with enterprise architects and marketing stakeholders, mentor mixed teams, and ensure scalable, secure deployments that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 for ingestion, mapping, unification and activation.
• Proven ability to design cross-cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales/Service Cloud.
• Strong SQL logic, data flow design and advanced audience segmentation.
• Experience with modern MarTech solution design and multi-stream implementations.
• Enterprise Salesforce Build and Run project experience.
• Familiarity with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with B2B/B2C lead and case management processes.
• Salesforce Certifications in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions focused on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
• Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and identity resolution for real-time segmentation.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Provide architectural guidance to projects aligned with sales, service, and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture.
• Lead and mentor hybrid onshore/offshore teams and drive best practices in code and design.
• Conduct code/design reviews for AMPScript, SQL, and Automation Studio workflows.
