Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an experienced Application Development & Maintenance architect to design and implement multi-cloud Salesforce solutions. You will lead end-to-end designs spanning Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, with emphasis on SFMC and Data Cloud, data ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time segmentation.

You’ll collaborate with architects, product owners, and marketing stakeholders, guiding a hybrid onshore/offshore team while ensuring scalable, secure, and performant

Qualifications

• 8-12 years Salesforce ecosystem experience in architect/senior roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with SFMC components (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, Contact Builder).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and integration across clouds.
• Cross-cloud integrations bridging SFMC with Sales/Service Cloud.
• SQL logic, data flow design and audience segmentation.
• Exposure to AI marketing capabilities and MarTech.
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards, focused on SFMC, Data Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations.
• Own end-to-end solution design for multi-cloud implementations spanning Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Configure Data Cloud ingestion pipelines and real-time segmentation to build unified customer profiles.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical patterns.
• Provide technical leadership to a hybrid onshore/offshore team and ensure code quality.
