Job summary

ISACA is seeking a Marketing Platform Architect to design scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud architectures for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will translate business goals into journey maps, segmentation, and execution-ready solutions.

As a SFMC SME, you’ll guide data activation, governance, and integration readiness while improving campaign quality, personalization, and lifecycle engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant marketing technology, CRM, marketing automation, or Salesforce ecosystem experience
• 3+ years of Marketing Cloud experience including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder
• Experience writing SQL and AMPscript; familiarity with HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and integration architectures
• Experience with end-to-end marketing implementations and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystems
• Leadership in technical design for complex automated programs (B2C/B2B)

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for acquisition, engagement, personalization, retention
• Translate objectives into journey architecture, segmentation, and campaign solutions
• Develop journey maps and data requirements, suppression rules, and exit criteria
• Build and optimize marketing automation, testing, tracking, and optimization logic
• Support data governance, integration readiness, and platform standards
