EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to drive architecture, customization, and integration for a net-new SFMC Advanced installation in the MedTech domain.

You will lead a small team, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Ideal candidates bring hands-on SFMC expertise, experience with enterprise integrations, and a proven track record delivering rapid MVPs under tight

Qualifications

Three+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation/architecture
Ability to lead design, development and deployment for SFMC Advanced platform
Oversee and support two junior developers to ensure timely delivery
Experience integrating SFMC with existing enterprise systems and data flows

Responsibilities

Apply expertise in SFMC architecture, customization and integration across complex environments
Lead and mentor junior developers and oversee workflows
Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Maintain code quality and best practices in development
Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional team members
Communicate with clients to manage expectations and project progress
