Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Manager in Technology within Advisory to design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. You will build Apex, LWC, and Flows, integrate external systems, and ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance while working with analysts, admins, and architects.

You will contribute to release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy, leveraging CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling to deliver responsible AI experiences and enterprise-grade data security.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows and Triggers.
• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
• Preferred: Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Health Cloud data model; experience with HL7/FHIR integrations preferred.
• Proficient in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and version control/CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on Health Cloud features and data models.
• Build Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows; participate in code reviews and CI/CD deployments.
• Configure Agentforce components and AI-driven experiences using Salesforce data and RAG patterns.
• Ensure agent testing, monitoring, and guardrails for compliant AI delivery.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR) and manage releases.
