Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager in Technology for our Advisory practice in the United States. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, implement Health Cloud features, and lead integration efforts with external systems while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.

This role emphasizes collaboration, code reviews, and delivering reliable AI-enabled Salesforce solutions. Travel as required; authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce certifications listed are required.
• Experience with Health Cloud data models and external system integrations (HL7/FHIR) preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and CI/CD tools; agile methodologies helpful.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/PII handling, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions with Health Cloud features.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows; participate in code reviews and deployments.
• Integrate Salesforce with Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy.
• Ensure responsible AI delivery and governance for Salesforce data and AI features.
