KPMG is seeking a Manager in Technology within Advisory to lead Salesforce Health Cloud initiatives, integrating patient/provider data and health records with external systems while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development, CI/CD, and collaboration across business analysts, administrators, and architects to deliver scalable, secure solutions for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I).
• Experience with Health Cloud data model and external system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Build Apex, LWC, and Flows to meet business requirements and participate in CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to Salesforce release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in a complex client-facing environment.
