Job summary

KPMG's Advisory practice is seeking a Manager in Technology for our Consulting practice in the U.S. You will design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Health Cloud data models and integrations with Epic, HL7/FHIR, and external systems.

Working with business analysts, administrators, and architects, you will implement CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release management, while upholding HIPAA and data security requirements in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Triggers
• Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant are preferred
• Strong understanding of Health Cloud data model and features, and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR integrations preferred)
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming), and experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Hands-on proficiency with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, generative AI concepts, and responsible AI delivery is required; experience with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling) and experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, OmniStudio, and enterprise AI/ML services or external models
• Travel as required to support client engagements, team collaboration, and business development activities
