Job summary

KPMG LLP seeks a Senior Associate in Technology for Consulting to design and deliver Salesforce/Health Cloud solutions, including AI-enabled workflows and integrations with Epic, Genesys, and MuleSoft. You will implement Apex/LWC, configure Agentforce, and ensure HIPAA‑compliant data handling while collaborating with analysts and architects on releases and performance.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of Salesforce development experience.
Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce certifications required.
Experience integrating Salesforce with HL7/FHIR and EHR/EMR systems preferred.
Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and Git; CI/CD tools experience.
Hands-on with Agentforce, Prompt Builder and responsible AI concepts.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
Willingness to travel; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions with Health Cloud features.
Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows; participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
Configure Agentforce agents, topics, actions, and escalation paths.
Develop Prompt Builder templates and grounded AI experiences using Salesforce data.
Ensure testing, observability, guardrails, and production monitoring.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems (Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft) via REST/SOAP.
Collaborate with analysts and architects on release management and performance.
