Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Technology for our Advisory practice in the United States. You will design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including care plans and data models, while collaborating with business analysts, admins, and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

This role emphasizes code development (Apex, LWC), integration (HL7/FHIR, REST/SOAP), and governance (security, HIPAA) with CI/CD pipelines. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC and Triggers.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Salesforce Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist certs are required.
• Preferred: Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and external system integrations (HL7/FHIR).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions and data models (Patient, Provider, Care Team, Clinical Data).
• Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows; participate in CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
• Configure Agentforce Builder components and AI templates to enable grounding in Salesforce data and RAG patterns.
• Implement agent testing, observability, guardrails, and production monitoring.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR) using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects to translate requirements and support release management.
• Act with integrity and professionalism in KPMG's work environment.
