Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager in Technology for its Advisory practice in the United States. The role focuses on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, with emphasis on data models, integration, and AI-enabled experiences.

You will mentor teams, lead CI/CD initiatives, and ensure security and compliance across engagements. The position requires strong Salesforce development expertise, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration work with HL7/FHIR; travel to client sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Agentforce Specialist are required.
• Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Health Cloud data models and provider/patient relationships.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR) and ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions; contribute to release management and performance tuning.
• Practice integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
