Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Triggers.
• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience with Health Cloud data model and external system integrations (HL7/FHIR).
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and version control with CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Health Cloud features.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, LWC, and Flows; participate in code reviews and deployments.
• Configure Agentforce components and AI experiences using Salesforce data and RAG patterns.
• Ensure testing, observability, guardrails, and HIPAA/HITRUST compliant practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR using REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects on release management and performance.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism in the workplace.
