Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate in Technology for Advisory to design and implement scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. You will build Apex classes, LWC components, and Flows, while integrating external systems and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Collaborate with analysts and architects on release management, performance tuning, and environment strategy; travel as required to client sites. A strong background in healthcare data models and AI delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce certifications preferred.
• 3+ years Salesforce development with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flows, Triggers.
• Experience in Health Cloud data model and external system integrations.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and code repos; HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on Health Cloud features.
• Build Apex, LWC, and Flows; participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Configure Agentforce components and AI experiences using Salesforce data and Data Cloud.
• Implement agent testing, observability, and guardrails; monitor production systems.
• Integrate Salesforce with Epic, Genesys, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR APIs; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects on release management and performance.
