Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Manager in Technology for our Consulting practice in California. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, with Health Cloud features, care plans, data models, and integration with external systems.

You will build Apex classes, LWC, Flows, and Triggers; participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and testing, while driving guardrails for responsible AI and HIPAA compliance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Flows, Triggers
• Bachelor’s degree required; Salesforce certifications listed above are required or preferred
• Experience with Health Cloud data model and integrating Salesforce with external systems (HL7/FHIR) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of HIPAA/HITRUST and data security practices in healthcare environments
• Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Health Cloud capabilities
• Build Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, and Flows; participate in code reviews and CI/CD
• Configure Agentforce components and prompts; develop AI experiences using Salesforce data and RAG patterns
• Implement testing, observability, and guardrails for AI-driven solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP; ensure HIPAA compliance
• Collaborate with analysts, admins, and architects to translate requirements into solutions
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and a respectful work environment
