Job summary

Hireframe is seeking a Salesforce-certified Administrator (GTM Systems) to be the dedicated technical resource for its Partner organization. You will keep partner data, workflows, and integrations in Salesforce accurate and running, tackling issues between PartnerStack, Workato, and Salesforce to reduce downtime.

You will own ticket queues, build reports and dashboards for Partnerships and GTM, and collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and GTM teams to streamline processes and data quality.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years in Salesforce Administration, Revenue Operations, or GTM/CRM Systems.
• Experience with CRM data cleanup, reconciliation, and bulk updates.
• Comfortable building Salesforce reports and dashboards; proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with integration/automation middleware (Workato, Zapier, Make).
• Ability to read workflow scripts to pinpoint failures; proactive communicator managing tickets end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own a ticket queue of partner-related Salesforce requests: data fixes, field updates, reporting questions, and pipeline discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot integration failures across PartnerStack, Workato, and Salesforce; trace where a workflow or sync broke and resolve it internally.
• Support partner commission questions by validating and correcting the underlying Salesforce data.
• Execute large-scale data cleanup, deduplication, and reconciliation projects.
• Coordinate enrichment requests across customer, prospect, and partner records; route sourcing to the data team and load validated data back into Salesforce.
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Partnerships and GTM stakeholders.
• Run analysis projects for GTM leadership (e.g., tech stack consolidation), leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Document workflows and recommend improvements to data accuracy and efficiency.
