Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOSL/ SOQL, Platform Events, REST APIs
• Experience in SDLC within Agile/Scrum
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements balancing declarative config with custom development
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners and architects to translate requirements
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and planning
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and middleware
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deployments
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled capabilities
• Create and maintain technical docs and deployment procedures
