Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise apps that power Customer Experience operations.

You will collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, Salesforce Administrators, Product Owners, QA, and Architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/IS.
• 4+ years Salesforce application development experience, including 2+ years in Service Cloud or related area.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications for Customer Experience operations.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements balancing declarative configuration with custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
• Collaborate with Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and development planning following Salesforce best practices and security standards.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST APIs and middleware.
• Design, execute, and support unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprints, estimation, releases, deployments.
• Mentor junior developers to improve quality and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational efficiency using AI-enabled capabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
