Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows, with Service Cloud integrations. You will participate in testing, migrations, and post-go-live support, while coordinating with DevOps pipelines and release management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, experience with Service Cloud, REST APIs, data modeling, and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Experience with Service Cloud and integrations.
• Experience designing REST APIs and data modeling.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
• DevOps experience with GitHub, GitLab, DevOps Center, VS Code, SFDX, CI/CD and release management.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and REST APIs.
• Implement Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud functionalities.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Implement Case Management processes, including Case Lifecycle, Routing, and Approvals.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Perform data modeling activities.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and deployment preparation activities.
• Support migration activities from legacy platforms to Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Produce technical documentation.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer activities.
• Work with GitHub, GitLab, DevOps Center, VS Code, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, pull requests, and release management.
