Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development including 2+ years Service Cloud experience.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs skills.
• Experience across SDLC in Agile environments and integrations with enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated apps.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative configuration and custom development.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and planning; ensure best practices.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST APIs and middleware.
• Design and execute unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing for reliable releases.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deployment processes; mentor junior developers.
