Job summary

UKG, a leading Workforce Operating Platform, seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related CX enterprise apps. You will partner across teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve processes and customer experience.

The role requires strong Apex, LWC, and REST API skills, plus SDLC and Agile experience, with opportunities to mentor peers and influence platform architecture.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, incl. Service Cloud.
Strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, REST APIs and platform integrations.
Experience in SDLC and Agile/Scrum environments is required.
Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated CX apps.
Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative config and custom development.
Collaborate with analysts, owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via REST and middleware.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
Mentor junior developers and drive best practices and quality standards.
