Job summary

The Select Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce CRM Platform team in Durham, NC or Hoboken, NJ. You will design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities for our CSX initiatives, while learning emerging technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Salesforce development, strong Service Cloud experience, and a track record in APIs and integrations.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
Agile software development experience.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new features and enhancements within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality engineers to deliver new functionality.
Support code reviews, deployments, production releases, and issue resolution.
Contribute to multiple Salesforce initiatives while maintaining development best practices.
