Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development, including Service Cloud experience.
• Strong Apex, LWC, REST APIs, and integration experience.
• Experience supporting SDLC within Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements balancing declarative configuration with custom development.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design, code reviews, and planning with best practices and security.
• Develop and support Salesforce integrations with enterprise apps using REST APIs and middleware.
• Design, execute, and support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform standards.
