Job summary

UKG seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated applications supporting CX operations. You will collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions and enhance business processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development with platform administration, applying configuration, custom development, testing, and post-production support throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
Experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated apps.
Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative/configuration and custom development.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and ensure Salesforce best practices and security.
