Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related enterprise applications that power Customer Experience operations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce development with platform administration, using Apex, LWC, Flows, and REST APIs to deliver scalable solutions. You will participate in the full SDLC within Agile teams and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years with Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
Demonstrated SDLC experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications for CX operations.
Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using declarative config and custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Provide technical leadership during design reviews and code reviews, ensuring best practices and security standards.
