Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking an Engineer — Salesforce & Certinia PSA to design, develop, and support enterprise solutions on Salesforce and Certinia PSA. The role emphasizes Apex, LWC, flows, SOQL, APIs, and data models, with a focus on scalable, secure integration across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with product owners, QA, architects, and integration teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in software development on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Custom Metadata.
• Experience with bulkified, scalable Apex solutions and platform security.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands‑on Certinia PSA/FinancialForce PSA experience and knowledge of PSA data models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce and Certinia PSA solutions.
• Build custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Configure and extend Certinia PSA for professional services processes.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce/Certinia and enterprise apps using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Ensure solutions adhere to governor limits, security, and DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, release validation, and production support.
