Job summary
MetLife is seeking a Senior Developer, Sales Technology to design, build, and maintain Salesforce-based GB360 Service capabilities. You will work with product owners, architects, QA, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable solutions, using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and flows, while applying AI-assisted engineering practices.
This role emphasizes secure, maintainable development within SAFe/Agile teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in computer science or related field.
- 4+ years building enterprise applications or CRM solutions.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development across Service/Sales Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP and data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce GB360 Service capabilities.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and vendors to translate needs into stories.
- Apply configuration-first thinking and secure, scalable development practices.
- Develop integrations with Data Hubs, Seismic, underwriting, pricing, and analytics.
- Participate in SAFe/Agile ceremonies and release readiness reviews.
- Perform peer reviews and develop/execute unit tests and UAT support.
