MetLife is seeking a Sales Technology Developer to join the GB360 Sales engineering team. You will build, configure, and support Salesforce-based capabilities, focusing on Sales Cloud, opportunity workflows, and seller productivity.

Collaborate with product, QA, and technical teams, apply configuration-first approaches, and use AI-assisted tools under guidance. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development or Salesforce-related work.
• Experience developing, testing, or supporting software, CRM, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model concepts and access controls.
• Knowledge of source control, deployment, automated testing, and release readiness.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe delivery teams.
• Interest in using AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to learn Salesforce patterns quickly with guidance.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, configure, and support Salesforce GB360 Sales capabilities.
• Support Sales Cloud, opportunity workflows, and pipeline processes.
• Apply configuration-first thinking to minimize customizations.
• Assist with user stories, estimates, and release materials with teams.
• Support integrations with Data Hubs, Seismic, MetIQ, and more.
• Use AI-assisted tools for analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in SAFe and Agile ceremonies and reviews.
• Peer reviews of Salesforce code, designs, and deployment plans.
• Develop and execute unit tests and assist with UAT.
• Assist with production support and incident investigations.
