Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team seeks a hands-on Tech Lead for Salesforce-based GB360 Sales capabilities, leading design, development, and integration across Salesforce and enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with product, architecture, and DevSecOps to deliver secure, scalable solutions, mentor engineers, and help drive SAFe delivery and platform stability. Hybrid role in the US with in-office minimum days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and building enterprise-scale applications and CRM solutions.
• Extensive Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on delivery across Sales Cloud.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs and data flows.
• Experience leading technical design, peer reviews, and delivery for complex features.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery with planning and demos.
• Bachelor degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development for GB360 Sales on Salesforce.com.
• Create and review solution architectures, data flows, and release artifacts.
• Lead hands-on Salesforce development across Apex, LWCs, Flows, and APIs.
• Translate business capabilities into technical stories and plans.
• Guide integrations with US Data Hub, Seismic, MetIQ, and other systems.
• Mentor engineers and conduct peer reviews for best practices.
