Job summary

MetLife’s Global Technology team is seeking a senior Salesforce-enabled engineer to design, develop, and maintain GB360 Sales capabilities on Salesforce.com. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable CRM solutions and streamline integrations across enterprise systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, design reviews, and SAFe/Agile delivery in a hybrid work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering building enterprise-scale applications or CRM solutions.
• Extensive Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on delivery across Sales Cloud or similar CRM.
• Experience designing Salesforce platform solutions and integrations (REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs).
• Experience leading design, development, peer reviews, testing readiness, and deployments for complex features.

Responsibilities

• Translate business capabilities into technical stories, estimates, designs, and delivery plans.
• Lead hands-on Salesforce development and configuration decisions across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and data model.
• Guide integrations connecting GB360 Sales with enterprise platforms (Data Hub, Seismic, underwriting, pricing, MetIQ, Teams/Outlook, Power Automate).
• Lead peer reviews of designs, configuration, code, tests, and release artifacts.
