Cencora seeks an IT Product Lead – CRM to act as the technical lead and product owner for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud-based CRM and client portal products. You will drive end-to-end delivery, set technical roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business priorities and security standards.

Lead a cross-functional team, oversee API integrations, governance, and performance metrics, and collaborate with business and IT leaders on long-term strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or another related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in Information Technology in progressive levels of responsibility, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity preferred.
• Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud expertise and platform architecture understanding.
• Experience managing API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise cloud platforms.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) and CSPO or equivalent.
