Qualifications

• Strong experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and data structures.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Design and maintain enterprise Salesforce data models and solution architectures.
• Implement integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
• Develop event-driven integration architectures to support business processes and automation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Salesforce development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce and enterprise development standards.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Support platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
