Cytek Biosciences is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, CRM to lead the Salesforce CRM and related enterprise applications. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations to translate business needs into scalable CRM capabilities, improve data quality and user adoption, and deliver measurable value across Salesforce and NetSuite.

You will drive requirements, manage licenses, support integrations, and build dashboards to empower Sales leadership with monthly KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst for cloud CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud data model, security, reports and Flow.
• Experience with CRM processes: lead, opportunity, quoting, orders.

Aufgaben

• Own the Salesforce CRM platform and roadmap with Sales leadership and IT.
• Gather and document business requirements, rules, processes and user stories.
• Lead current and future-state analysis of commercial processes (lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-order, order-to-cash).
• Review license usage and optimize costs against business value.
• Configure Salesforce screens, objects, validation rules, reports and dashboards; coordinate testing and release.
• Define integrations and data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite and data warehouse.
• Maintain data quality and governance, including accounts, opportunities and territory alignment.
• Build sales dashboards and KPI reporting in Salesforce and Power BI.
