Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking an IT Product Lead - CRM to own the CRM and client portal roadmap, guiding Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations. You will lead architectural decisions, API integrations, and delivery with business partners to align with strategic goals.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and mentor an interdisciplinary team focused on delivering reliable, scalable CRM solutions across the GPO operations landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
7+ years in IT with leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

Own CRM product roadmap and backlog for Salesforce-based solutions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to meet priorities and deadlines.
Manage costs, SLAs, and vendor relationships related to CRM tech stack.
Coach and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
