Job summary

Cencora seeks an IT Product Lead – CRM to drive end‑to‑end delivery of CRM and client portal solutions built on Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will lead architecture decisions, backlog prioritization, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to meet strategic goals.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and a track record of delivering scalable enterprise cloud solutions within a healthcare distribution context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 7+ years IT experience; 2+ years in leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud & Experience Cloud.
• Experience managing API integrations between Salesforce and other cloud platforms.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and product owner for CRM and client portal on Salesforce.</br>Define roadmaps, backlogs, and architecture decisions for CRM solutions.
• Ensure governance, releases, data governance, and security standards are followed.
• Lead cross-functional teams, coach engineers, and enable continuous delivery.
• Coordinate with business owners to align priorities and optimize cost/benefit.
• Oversee API integration reliability and data integrity across platforms.
